The hotel is in a great location, close to the beach and the center of town. The decor is modern and beautiful, and the rooms are well equipped with everything you need. The customer service agents were extremely helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. We were even able to bring our dog along, which was a huge bonus. We can't wait to come back!

We had a really great stay in Saltburn-by-the-Sea close enough to the beach and the shops and restaurants. The location of the apartment was marvellous and magnificent for our needs, near the sea. We greatly enjoyed staying there on winter time.

Our recent stay at the Host & Stay - Huntcliffe At Ruby was excellent value for money. The room was beautifully decorated with modern furnishings and all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, supermarket, and train station. The staff was friendly and provided great communication throughout our stay.

The breakfast menu could have been improved with more variety.

We had a wonderful time at Host & Stay - Huntcliffe At Ruby. The proximity to the beach and town center was perfect for our family. The house was beautifully presented with modern decor and the kitchen was well-equipped. The heating system kept us cozy during our stay. Housekeeping was quick to address any issues that arose.

One drawback was the lack of storage for unpacking, and the blinds in the bedrooms didn't completely block out the light. However, the letting agents promptly resolved the problem.

I had a blast hiking and fishing in the area, thanks to the apartment's great location. The nearest airport, Durham Tees Valley Airport, was so conveniently close, just what I needed for my fabulous getaway.
